Riyadh was the last stop of my trip, simply because I wanted to visit a very dear friend of mine who moved there last year. I did not expect much, as I thought I would be staying in my friend’s compound and chilling by the pool. Things have turned out very differently. My friend organised some amazing visits, to the historical part of the city, to the coast and to the desert and I also spend some time with a Saudi friend who used to live in Reading, and saw Riyadh at night, which was just breathtaking. I did not take as many photos in Saudi Arabia, but here are a couple of memories of my trip.
