Ha Long Bay
Two days on the boat going round Halong bay was like being on another planet. Despite it being very busy with tourist boats, it was still possible to appreciate the unique beauty of this part of the world.

Hoi An
Hoi An was without any doubts my favourite place in Vietnam. Colourful lanterns, unique architecture, vibrant streets with abundance of food, there was truly magical energy in this town – I wish I could stay a few days longer.

Street photography
Streets of Vietnam are very busy, mainly with motorbikes – they have the highest number of motorbikes per person in the world! Crossing roads was always a challenge! I tried to capture the streets on my photos.
A very unique experience in Hanoi is train street – where a train goes through a narrow street with cafes on each side of the track. This has become a huge tourist attraction and it’s a very unique experience indeed!

Vietnam war and other historical events
This trip to Vietnam seem like a very intense immersive history lesson.

Saigon
Saigon has impressed me by its immensity and by how developed the city is. French influence is very noticeable there too, with many historic buildings – Opera house being one of them.
